Most people try to stay away from sharks.
But not my son.
He has been obsessed with fishing most of his life.
And this is what he lives for. Summer time and trying to land sharks.
Catch sharks, I mean. As opposed to landsharks from a Jimmy Buffet song or SNL skit.

Wow! I just…..wow! I have trouble catching the goldfish to change to water in his bowl!
He loves it. I’ve often thought that he needs to get this excited about his studies.

The reel was anchored to the beach. He was pulling the line in at the end with his hands. 🙂
