A daughter’s birthday list. It’s a brave new high-tech world.
Working.
I was just working away when in rushed my soon to be 11-year-old daughter.
“Stop what your doing and look at this.”
Which I did.
In about an hour’s time since lunch on a rainy Sunday afternoon, she created a video-birthday wish list.
*** With full-disclosure of sources because as my daughter put it,
“Ms. Harris (Spanish teacher) says if we don’t include them on videos, we could get arrested and owe millions of dollars.”
Which seems about the budget for her birthday.
Ha! I love it. I guess 11 year old girls haven’t changed too much from our time! A furry rug and a turtle…what more could a girl want?! 🙂
That’s a good point Beth..the message is same, just the mode it’s delivered is different. I did want a groovy chair like that. Can’t remember what our version back then was called.
This made me smile! I am amazed at how creative she is to put together a video. I, unfortunately, wouldn’t even know where to start to put a video together. And I have to say that I wouldn’t mind having that groovy office chair NOW! Love that you share your family with us all!
That office was slightly awesome — but would be so under-appreicated by the crowd around here (except HK.)
Sounds like you are going to need to get a job.
Yeah. Well, who sat inside working at the computer all day (beside church :)) and who got to workout and is now watching the GAME?????
Don’t hate me because I’m cut.
Lol!!! I LOVE the way Hannah thinks!! (kudos to her for the source credits – that little lady knows her stuff!!) 🙂
