Again.
GO . . .
It took me quite a long time to learn a TRUTH in life.
Nothing rarely goes perfect the first time.
Either you shrug your shoulders and let it slide.
Or you stop, roll up your sleeves and do it again. And again. Until you get it right.
Actually sitting here thinking on this, I would go so far to say if there was one thing I would do over again in life, it would be that.
Life isn’t perfect. You aren’t perfect. The milk jug is going to fall from the top shelf of the fridge and splatter to every square inch of the universe, right when you are heading out the door with the kids to school.
The key is to stop, clean up the mess and find your children late to school AGAIN.
Fold the sheet AGAIN. Because it looks like a (well, something pretty messy.).
TIME.
What have you learned to do again? Even if it is against every ounce of your will and every fiber of your fibers.

Loved this post! Yes, I think all too often it’s easier to just “let is slide”, but we learn so much from doing things again and again- building character and perseverance! Thanks for stopping by for #FMF!
I tend to focus too much on the what went wrong aspect of things and not enough on the try again part. I need to commit to memory your line: “Nothing rarely goes perfect the first time.” Good advise.

Again, and again, and again . . . I find myself wanting to toss up my hands and give up on the little things that must be repeated constantly! But what if I didn’t clean up the milk, or fold the sheet, or fill the dishwasher, or sweep the floor, or pay the bills . . . yuck! Loved this short and to the point post!
