Covering a multitude of sins. In the backyard.

My son graduates high school tomorrow.

We are having a little party.

That means getting the house ready.

A house that has been neglected for a while.

Not because we want to but because we are very busy…and I don’t want to spent all my time cleaning and grooming the yard. So today, I hit Lowe’s and bought pine bark.

We got home and  realized our backyard had many more imperfections that needed to be covered quickly and relatively inexpensively.

So more pine bark.

I went back to Lowe’s and bought two times as many bags as I did the first trip.

But the upside was that I had my little helper who was very enthusiastic.

I’m sure no Child Labor Laws were violated.

At least that’s what I’m saying on the record.

Is it just me or have they started making the pine bark nugget bags smaller?
